Covid-19 and Absence
You can find any bubble closure information in Information for Parents - Communications.
What to do if your child has symptoms? Isolate and take PCR test. It must be a PCR not an LFD test. If they are confirmed negative they can return to school when they feel well. If are you are keeping your child at home because they are generally unwell you must leave a voicemail, on each day of absence, stating your childs name, class, reason for absence and their symptoms.
What to do if your child tests positive? To ensure effective action is taken in a timely manner we've set up a dedicated phone line for families to report if their child tests positive for COVID. The number is 07835977040. Children who are confirmed as positive must isolate for 10 days. Household isolation no longer applies. This means siblings of school age can attend school if they are negative/symptomless and their sibling is positive. |
